Last Friday, Ezra had his 4 week check up and if I had any worries (which I didn't) that he wasn't growing, they were dispelled at the weigh-in. 11 lbs 10 oz. 95 percentile baby. He is now 23 inches long - also 95 percentile so he is nicely proportioned. All the baby clothes that say up to 12 lbs are beginning to get a little tight. Especially around the belly.
On Wednesday, we had a great day with our first playdate. Our friends, Tracy and Titus welcomed Amarie* on October 4th and it was wonderful to finally meet her! She is adorable. Amarie is 3 weeks old and about 7 lbs. Amarie was a little sleepy in the photo, but you can tell they are going to be great buds. Look, he's all ready to give someone a big bear hug.
* Aaron pointed out that Tracy and Titus tried to out-geek us using the Silmarillion as a baby name book. Nice try.
