Congress passed a law moving the end of daylight savings time back a week. Unfortnately, nobody told our GPS and now Shanna and I need to go to marriage counciling. The conversation went something like this (I'll let you guess who is saying what):

The clock [on our car] says it is 7:00, how come the GPS says we'll be home
at 6:26?
I don't know. Is the clock in the car wrong?
I haven't changed it. Maybe the battery is dead in the GPS.
Maybe, but I'm sure it gets the time from the satellite.
Maybe the satelite is wrong.
I trust the satelite more than the clock on the car.
Wait, is it daylight savings time?
Oh, crap! That may explain why I thought the clock in the lobby at
work was off an hour. I wonder if I showed up an hour later than I told them
I would?
Did we show up to the party an hour late or an hour early?
I think we showed up on time, which means we were probably off an hour.
So when did I feed the baby last? Will we still have time to give him a bath?

[2o minutes later after arriving home punching time into google]

Does the clock on the cable box automatically update itself?
I've never set it.
Well what time does it say on the stove, there's nothing automatic
about that.

Finally we called my Dad who told us about what time it was and why congress is inconsiderate to new parents. Never missing an opportunity, he also told us we should watch the old guy news every so often.
