Ezra has somewhat prematurely outgrown the infant-style car-seat. A side effect of this is that we can no longer use the infant car-seat adapter on our stroller. Remember? We weren't sure how he would take to being strapped into the stroller, although he's a big kid, and it's easy to forget his age, he still has the strength and coordination of a four-month old baby. However, Ezra loves being outside and taking in as much as he can so we wanted to at least try it out. As you can see from the triptych above, it went pretty well.
Another, rather unfortunate, side effect of losing the infant car-seat is we also lost a convienent place to put Ezra when we go to a restaurant. He's still too floppy to sit in a high chair without oozing over the side so one of us needs to hold him in our lap while we eat. Of course this is somewhat academic since we don't go to restaurants like we used to.

January 28, 2008 at 7:26 AMIs that the BOB? If so, where did you get that tray?- Aaron said...
January 28, 2008 at 7:51 AMIt is the BOB. The tray came with the infant carseat adapter. It attaches to where the carseat used to attach. We actually took the tray off for the time being since Ezra can't reach it and it blocks his view.
