We took our monthly trip to urgent care this evening. One more punch on our card and we get a visit free! Remind me to thank our day care for all the free gifts.
Ezra has some kind of stomach bug which kept him and Shanna home today. On my way out the door to work, I said goodbye to Ezra and he responded by hurling all over me and our unfortunately positioned shoe rack. Throughout the day he hurled several more times. When I got home we called the nurse advice line and they recommended we bring Ezra in. We're supposed to keep Ezra hydrated using small doses of Pedialyte. It is going to be a long Saturday.
As you may have read in a recent tweet I'm currently Ezra's favorite person. While I was at work Shanna played one of the videos we've posted which features me. Ezra went nuts*. Part of me is really happy that Ezra is so excited to see me. Part of me, however, is worried that our excessive Skype use has warped Ezra's expectations from two dimensional entertainment mediums. If it doesn't respond to you personally, there must be something wrong. Perhaps we need to have him watch more TV.
