I talked with my Grandma Alice about the genealogy puzzle I've been working on. She gave me some good tidbits and is going to look in her files for some goodies. What struck me, however, was her comment, "I don't really dwell on the past much, I prefer to focus on the present and the future." I think that philosophy is why that, even as a nonagenarian, she's still one of the sharpest people I know.
