Having children really screws with your sense of time. Shanna took these pictures only on Friday, but it seems like forever ago. At the same time, the past five months feel like they've flown by.
Another random thought: Aren't digital camera's the greatest things ever? To take these pictures Shanna puts the camera on burst mode and snaps 20 pictures or so. Of those, maybe 2 or 3 come out well. If we were using a film camera and had to pay for development we would have to take out a second mortgage.
I'm looking forward to giving Ezra an old digital camera when he's a couple years old (I have an old 2 megapixel camera I've been holding on to). I'm curious what pictures he'll take. I probably wouldn't do this if I was using film.
