Still no baby, no contractions, no water breaking, etc etc. I did catch a cold though last weekend and I'm slowly getting over it. And I'm really glad that I didn't go into labor with a bad cold. I tried practicing my breathing exercises and Aaron from the other room asked me if I was ok. Wheeze in through the nose, breathe out through the mouth, cough. Cough, wheeze in, snort, breathe out, cough. Between my unbelievably uncomfortable belly, bathroom visits, and this cold, I felt lucky to get several hours of sleep the last couple of nights. I thought maybe I wasn't sleeping at all, but Aaron told me that I took up snoring last night. So I definitely got some shut eye, but I'm definitely preparing for the upcoming sleep deprivation.

My mom is here visiting this week which is wonderful. She's helping us do some of the final baby prep. Tomorrow, we're going to tackle the kitchen and get the freezer somewhat organized so that every time I open it, something 3 years old doesn't fall out.

Out and about now people are now telling me that I look like about the pop. What do you think?

You look adorable and very healthy.

I also think that not sleeping during pregnancy is nature's clever way of preparing you for the months ahead. And really, it is amazing how little sleep you need to function.
