Sara pointed us in the direction of this touching post by her FOAF Kym who also had a baby in a breech position. She had a gut feeling not to attempt an external version and to schedule a c-section. Shanna and I have a history of ignoring our guts, we tend to only listen to them when we're hungry.

    I had to Google FOAF.

Just in case you also thought FOAF? It means Friend of a Friend.

I'm not up to Shanna and Aarons phd lingo.

Yes, you need to get up early to keep up with us.w

Okay, I was feeling suprisingly hip for figuring out what FOAF meant on my own(because Google too has been my friend in the past for translating what Aaron has to say), but now I am confused. Is the us.w a typo or is that really another piece of lingo?

Ah, Professor Littleton and his FOAF stories! "A friend of a friend ate pop rocks and drank Coke and DIED!!!"

I don't remember those Littleton stories, and he was even my advisor. But I didn't minor in Littleton like you did Caro. All I remember is that he forgot to fill out my grad school recommendation forms before mailing them.

If you remembered his stories maybe he would have remembered to fill out your forms. So there.

Best Littleton moment: When everyone in the class popped open a Diet Coke can as he walked into the room.
