Starting to come together

Isn't this quilt cute and a half? Shanna's Grandmom made this. She also quilted our huppa, which we have up on our bedroom wall. We ordered the baby's furniture this past weekend (he's going to have nicer stuff than his parents but that's another post), Shanna made a great find on Craigslist for a glider, I painted the drywall we recently had put up, and I also made some progress on the bathroom "remodel". Two months to go and I actually think its possible the place will be ready!

Shanna's preparing for an interview in her new recliner. If they ask her any questions on the latest Harry Potter book she's all set!

    ACK! Harry Potter! The book is still sitting on our table. I am afraid to start it because I don't want it to be over! (Although, with Lila around, I don't think I will be doing the speed reading that I usually do.)

    And Shanna is so great, she doesn't even need to prepare for her interview.

    Cute quilt too. Is this the Schmidt Grandma?
